When you run a business that contributes so much global waste in terms of excess packaging and delivery miles might there be another way to use some of those billions to redesign your own business model?   E.g.  sharing the wealth to improve the contract terms of your employees?

As my experience of philanthropy has widened what I now realise is it is often easier to make a big splash than to use compassion as our daily litmus test.   For our common good we all have a role to play and all that is needed is a number of small actions to make a massive difference to the lives of those who are often forgotten.
